I read that applying this on your temples will help wake you up in the morning. The scent is very strong. And I have a dog who likes to snuggle. Peppermint essential oils not being good for dogs and this having such a strong scent I do not use it. But otherwise it works great. Giving 5 stars since my situation is unique.

Very relaxing! I desperately needed something to “calm” me down at night to sleep. This really helps with unwinding, calming and sleeping. I do only use a roll on my wrist and behind my ear as this is very strong scented but in a good way.
