These are not from Bali as stated in the description. They are made in China.
I purchased these because the description said they were made in Bali. I have a fondness for Bali, having been there 3 times in the last 3 years. I love the people and I wanted to give back to their communities. So when I saw that they were made in Bali, I jumped at the opportunity. I received these in a very timely fashion and although they are nice, I was very disappointed when I received them and it said they were made in China. Not that there's anything wrong with items made in China, but for me, that took away from the specialness of these. They are knotted very well in between all the beads and there are 108 which is accurate. I'm unable to determine if they are real rose quarts or amethyst. I can't say I feel any kind of healing energy coming from them, as I have with other malas I've purchased in the past. But it could just be because of the disappointment I felt when I saw they weren't truly made in Bali. I took off two stars because I don't like false advertisement. Not cool. My reasons for buying this was because they were supposed to have been made in Bali. Otherwise, They are a good price and seem to be made well. If you don't care where they are made, then they are a good purchase for you to make.

Photo was not a good representation of the product.
I ordered the one that is supposed to have the rose beads in the back. It arrived with VERY pale pink beads, most of which were closer to white or clear than pink. I wanted one that looked like the photo, and bought this over others specifically for that. I'd have bought an all amazonite one had I known this would not be similar to the photo. Other than that, the quality seems good. It is knotted between each bead, and the tassel was protected to stay straight during shipping. I am just not happy with the color. Too much to send it back, so I am stuck with it this way.

Perfect.
Lovely and well-made. This came nicely packaged in a sturdy gift box with the tassel protected by a plastic cover. The beads are soft, muted pastel and earth tone colors and are smooth to the touch. Will go nicely with lots of looks and most importantly, is comfortable to wear. Love it!

Perfect for meditation and inner reflection.
I ordered one of these for a yogi friend of mine and after seeing how pretty they were I ordered some for myself. This necklace is comprised of Beautiful, real gemstones. Don't let the fact that there are color discrepancies deter you from ordering I think it makes each peace unique! I use this necklace exclusively for meditation purposes so I can't speak for its durability for daily wear. I enjoy that the beads have a matte finish rather than a high polish. The necklace seems pretty well made for the price point.

Great product less than perfect quality
I love this necklace but after about 3 weeks the tassel started to unravel and all I have left is a beaded necklace
