Half of the Fireplace doesn't lit up anymore. Need to figure out how to fix it.

I purchased this 72 inch fireplace it is a marvel! It looks amazing and you will get a lot of complement's. What I love most about it is the stones the look like diamonds burning in fire. I look at it and I think back to when I couldn't afford such things I am blessed. This is a great piece of art! I love to stare at it and meditate. I absolutely recommend anyone that is in debate to buy this fireplace. It is also super easy to install my guy sam the man did it for 60 dollars all it is is one beaver that's it and it hangs on the wall. Mater piece. Thank you

I bought this product and have rarely used it, however only one side ignites now. Basically has cost us $100 per use, now it's simply an eyesore. I would not recommend this item to anyone looking to enhance the aesthetics in their home.

OMG... I love these fireplaces. I actually bought two! One for my bedroom and one for the family room. The no heat option allows me to use it year round for ambiance. It has 5 flame settings from light to brighter flames. You can change out the fireglass to whatever you want. It's quiet too. Looks amazing under my TV's and excited to actually use them for heat in the winter.

This fireplace is as beautiful as promised and was easy to install. It is a two person job, though, so make sure you have a helper.

This fire place is absolutely beautiful!!! It is both practical and stylish. The flames will mesmerize you. Nothing but compliments from family members.
