This tofu press can be found for multiple prices on Amazon; it is exactly the same as another one I had bought earlier. But, the price is good. Since I make enough tofu for two large blocks at a time, I went ahead and bought this second press. The only difference is there is no straining cloth included with this one. I just use a piece of cotton muslin I already had.

this is the one to buy. why spend $20. or more? and shipping was about 10 days from China.

Sure I had to wait a long time, with no good estimate for approximately when this would come in. But when I got it, I'd say the wait was worth it.

I really liked these tofu molds. I use them at least twice a week to make tofu blocks. They are easy to wash, I typically run mine through the dishwasher to ensure they are sanitized. I definitely recommend and would purchase again.

I wish I would have purchased this kitchen tool a long time ago. I have been pressing tofu with paper towels and plates for a long time.. this press makes it easier and gently presses the moisture out so that the tofu cooks better!
