Worked Perfectly
Well - I finally made the decision to open up my Jura coffee machine and diy a thorough cleaning it using videos I found on tik tok. Turns out you can't just use any old screw driver to remove the screws! You need this tool and a T15 star-shaped bit. We opened it all up and put it back together. Not for the faint of heart - we had to record everything so we could remember how to put it all back together. But it worked and we have great coffee again. This little $8 gadget - and hours of patience - saved me $450 to have a professional do it.

Well-made and works perfectly
This tool is exactly what you need to remove/replace the weird oval-headed screws Jura uses on its coffeemakers. It's stainless steel and has a nice split ring attached - if you remove the bit from the ring you can use it with a standard driver handle.

Odd tool
I needed this tool to access the innards of my coffee machine. Once inside they switched to a Phillips screwdriver. No other tool would have removed the 4 screwheads. IMO very odd but guess they really didn't want anyone accessing the inside. If you need it, It will do the job.

Perfect
Well, after a few openings of my JURA machine, I ended up returning the actual machine, but this oval tool key was essential for opening the ENA 8. You can do it with some needle nose pliers, but come on, saving time is worth the few bucks that this tool costs. Now I have a tool and nowhere to put it (since I returned the machine), but that's common to alot of men.

works good
This key works good but it is way over priced because it is the only way into a jura coffee machine. The oval head screws are really just a nuisance.

Works fine on my Jura S9 coffee machine
This is the the tool you need to take the back of a Jura S9 coffee machine (and many other, similar machines). I had no idea there was such a thing as an elliptical screw head, but now I know!Works fine. Jura call this a 'security key' I believe! Anyhow, no complaints because it worked perfectly and I'm now working on repairing a leak from the Jura's water pump.

Perfect fit
This is a perfect fit to open the back of your Jura. I have used it twice now and it works great.
