Broke after a week of use. Junk

I bought this to use on parchment paper. It usually didn't cut all the way thru and often got stuck. I tried it on a shiny flyer, the ones that often come in the mail, and it actually worked better. Worked worse on regular/copy paper. Don't know about card stock or if a child would enjoy it but it wasn't adequate for my craft.
