A must have tool for caregivers!
I am the primary caregiver for my loved one and I am sometimes tasked with moving my LO up, back and sideways. I had been popping Akeve like candy because doing so was putting a huge strain on my back. I had bought another slide sheet off of Amazon and it worked wonders so I bought this one as a backup, as the other one sometimes got soiled and I could not use it while it was being cleaned.I had reason to use this new one as my LO came home from a recent visit and had to be repositioned in the bed again. I taco rolled my LO up, and using the handles did a clean slide and he was positioned right where I wanted him. This bed slide will save your back and it makes it easier for your LO too! Oh, and it makes for a great lift sheet as well if that is needed! Put this in your toolbox as a caregiver!

Essential for Safe and Easy Patient Repositioning!
This positioning bed pad has been a lifesaver for helping my mom after her fall. She struggles to move on her own, and this pad makes it so much easier to gently reposition her up and from side to side. The sturdy handles provide a solid grip, reducing the strain on my back while ensuring she’s comfortable. Even if the patient isn’t too heavy, this tool is essential for safe lifting and repositioning. Highly recommend for anyone caring for a loved one with limited mobility—both caregivers and patients will appreciate it!

Works, but difficult to use
I have revised my original review. This product is easier to use on a twin bed with two people on each side. The fabic is waterproof which is a plus, but my mother does not like the feel of it, so we uses washable underpads between her and the tarp. Between the two it does help move her around in the bed, as we need to turn her regularly. The bad it although it is difficult to move around, it will slide in adjustable bed when you don't want it too. Overall it is helpful, if my mother was petite instead of tall, this would function much easier. This is not an easy fix to movement, but it does help.

Webbing shrank when laundered
This pad is exactly what this old lady needed to help keep my 225 pound husband pulled up and centered in his hospital bed. I would have given it 5 stars, but when I washed it on cold and tumble dried on low the webbing shrank, so the pad is no longer smooth and flat. I use a cotton draw sheet on top of the pad so it's not directly against his skin, but he said it feels wrinkly under him now. I tried stretching the webbing back to its original size but it looks like the pad has permanent gathers from side to side and top to bottom. It remains to be seen if the wrinkles will make it too uncomfortable for him to lie on.
