I had my first pair of Sol Republic about 5 years ago. Love the sound, connection quality was strong and batt life was 6 or more hours. Eventually through a lot of use and abuse one of the ear pieces did stop working. I had still got my money's worth. So when it came time to buy another set, I went with a different brand... it was about $80 and has good reviews. I got them, tryed them and they sounded nowhere near as good as my Sol republics. I guess I was spoiled by then. So I boxed them up and sent them back. I looked up immediately for the brand that I've come to love and Trust. I got this upgraded set and could not be happier with the way they sound. For me them sounding great is the most important. The only thing I wish they did have would be those clips that hold them in your ear. Not that these fall out easily or anything, but if I start getting real active I want to make sure they stay in place. But these SOUND SOOO GOOD! Just like they always have, just like I knew they would! I'm very happy with my purchase.

The headphone style before these is much more user friendly. The sound quality is ok not good enough for the price tag . Should have never purchased .

The neckband is extremely lightweight and comfortable to wear. I love how flexible the material is, super easy for me to compact storage them without worrying about breaking them. Clear sound, not so bad and battery lasts up to 10 hours. Definitely loving the design!Although, the connection quality is not as strong as I thought it would be. There was one time where my bluetooth was on and off when I was at the airport while watching netflix. I have to keep restarting my device.Bluetooth range isn't great as well. Price wise is reasonable. It's good enough for the price tag.

Second unit that I’ve bought that didn’t hold a charge, I’ve used SOL Republic for years. My first let downs

A big jump up in sound quality from airpods. The earphones themselves form a good seal and block sound pretty well. Sound profile seems flatter and less boomy than the regular Shadow. Neckband is comfy and doesn’t get hot or cold. The major flaw that made me put down the original Shadow was retained for the Fusion. The battery low indicator is max volume and speaks the words “BATTERY LOW, CHARGE NOW.” It also repeats every 2-ish minutes and does not stop until the earphones die or are turned off. It’s so loud I can clearly hear it with the ‘phones dangling from my neck. What would have been so difficult about a soft *ding ding* as an alert? My message to any potential buyer: don’t even bother using if you suspect any less than half charge otherwise you’ll have “BATTERY LOW, CHARGE NOW” blasting your ears out. Personally wouldn’t buy again.-editEarphones stopped charging. That being said I must admit I’ll buy again. It’s a good sound for the price. Review remains 3 stars, hope ya get a good pair.

Ok why 5 stars when we have to replace them every year or so, price and sound only one my son has used and they update them often. They don’t last forever though but hold a good charge figure a year and half before they stop working.

in a two week span, have purchased this item twice. first time, charged unit all night long....battery lasted less than 30 minutes on a full charge. returned it and got another....charged all night to full charge.....lasted 10 minutes. happy to see the other reviews of happy customers but that was not my experience.

UPDATE: Was using these when the weather was nice, worked fine. Put them away for a couple months in a completely safe place. Took them out today and they won't charge or turn on at all. Used them probably 10-15 times total.Pros: Material is nice. The neck part doesn't flop around when running (or rollerblading in my case). Sound quality is perfectly fine for most people (similar to my Jabra's).Cons: The volume buttons should be swapped (the established convention is right, up, and forward are positive, so the more forward button should be volume up but it isn't). The off and on button is annoyingly small and isn't easy to tell if you've held it long/hard enough to turn the device on/off when you don't have the ear buds in.Overall, I'm glad I chose this device (on sale) and I'd recommend it, but there are a couple very obvious and fixable mistakes.

Best thing I've bought in a long time! Never had headphones like this, but they came recommended to me. Total game changer for when wanting to listen to music as I am on the move.

People say I sound like I'm sitting in a bath tub shouting at the mic from 30 feet away-Left earbud suddenly are much quieter than the right one. I had the previous generation of Shadow as well, and the exact same thing happened to them.-Warranty should be 1 year but no option to return them thru Amazon's system.

Das koppeln mit meinem Smartphone (iPhone XS Max) hat direkt ohne Probleme funktioniert und blieb seither stabil. Die Verarbeitung wirkt äußerst hochwertig und elegant. Selbst wenn man dieses nicht als Sportkopfhörer nutzt, macht es einen schicken und eleganten Eindruck. Die Kopfhörer lassen sich zudem mittels Magneten auf der Rückseite schnell miteinander verbinden.Die Verarbeitung und der allgemeine erste Eindruck verstehen es zu überzeugen. Die Soundqualität setzt allerdings noch einen drauf. Ich möchte mich nicht als Profi bezeichnen, habe allerdings schon einige In Ear Kopfhörer in meinen Ohren gehabt. Was besonders positiv auffällt, ist der Tragekomfort. Beim Sport oder auch Joggen, bleiben diese Buds an Ort und Stelle. Ich habe selbst bei längerem Tragen keinerlei unangenehmen Druck oder gar Schmerzen an den Ohren.Angefangen habe ich mit Leonard Cohens „Songs from the Road“ welches eindrucksvoll mit Lover, Lover, Lover anfängt. Nach dem kurzen Intro, als das tiefe Schlagzeug eingesetzt hat, kam auch gleichzeitig das Lächeln in mein Gesicht. Man hat ein gutes, jedoch etwas flacheres Bühnenbild vor sich. Das tut dem Ganzen jedoch keinen Abbruch, denn die einzelnen Instrumente werden sehr sauber und klar voneinander differenziert wiedergegeben. Schlagzeug, Gitarre, Saxophon, Bass und nicht zu vergessen der Sänger: Man hört jedes kleinste Detail, ohne dass sich auch nur irgendetwas störend in den Vordergrund rücken würde.Der Bass, als auch die Mitten sind wie auf den Punkt genau. Bei den Höhen hätte ich mir allerdings ein wenig mehr Mut gewünscht. Diese sind zwar zu jeder Zeit klar und sauber, gehen aber meiner Meinung nach ein ganz kleines bisschen unter.Bei Filmen und Serien schneiden die Kopfhörer auch sehr gut ab. Selbst bei actionsgeladenen Szenen bleibt die Sprachverständlichkeit auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Auch hier macht das hören einfach Spaß und wird zum Genuss. Hier kommen wieder die besagten Magnete zum Einsatz. Gerade abends im Bett, wenn man kurz auf die Toilette muss legt man kleine Kopfhörer gerne beiseite, ist man wieder zurück, beginnt die Sucherei. Hier lassen sich die Kopfhörer problemlos um den Hals magnetisch verbinden und bleiben an Ort und Stelle.▪️▪️▪️ Nützliche Tipps ▪️▪️▪️ - Bei der ersten Nutzung gehen die Earbuds automatisch in den Pairing Modus - Zum erneuten Paaren muss man den mittleren Knopf 5 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten und anschließend auf dem Smartphone „Shadow Fusion“ auswählen. - Mittels Quick Charge kann man nach nur 15 Minuten Ladezeit etwa 3 Stunden Musik hören - Möchte man wissen, wie viel Akkuleistung die Kopfhörer noch haben, kann man den Powerknopf gedrückt halten und es wird einem mittels eines kleinen Lämpchens am Kopfhörer angezeigt - Hängt dieses an einer Energieversorgung, leuchtet ein rotes Lämpchen. Ist das Gerät voll aufgeladen, dann leuchtet dieses Blau - Hält man den Powerbutton 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt, schaltet sich das Gerät ab - Bluetooth 5.0 sorgt für höhere Geschwindigkeiten und eine deutlich weitere ReichweiteGeschmäcker sind natürlich verschieden. Ich persönlich finde jedoch, dass die gebotene Soundqualität mit dem Preis zu 100 % einhergeht und kann somit eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen!
