Amazing products
I have used wella color/toner FOR YEARS!! I don’t think i will ever not use their products. I dye my roots every 4-6 weeks just for new growth, the rest of my hair holds this color soooo good. Pictured is a fresh coloring. My hair is so incredibly shiny as well.

Protein treatment prior to processing is helpful for uniform coverage
I am very pleased with this product!!!!!I am a 60yo woman transitioning to grey. This hugely improved the tone and demarcation between my new growth and leftover orangey lengths in my hair. I have a layered Bob shoulder length. Lightened brunette hair, and one bottle was more than enough. I could have used half.I applied it only to the brassy areas and although there are places that still have some warmth, the overall color blends much better with my 3” grey growth.I plan to lightly highlight the warm area at the crown area and face frame. I will use t14 on highlights only. I will review the results with the outcome.I was nervous about the outcome and damage. I’ve been doing my hair at home always and this has been an additional exceptional experience with Wella!! Thank you Wella Color Charm!!

Works on brassy hair
I use with t14 and it definitely makes my brassy med blonde hair darker and more ashy, which is what I wanted. I’m growing out my grays and this didn’t cover them but they are shiny and blend better now that my hair is ashy. I had to do a ton a research to figure out the formula so I’ll save u the time! Formula: 1 bottle t14, 2.8 oz level 10 developer, 4 capfuls of 050. Why 2.8 oz? B/c that is 2x what’s in the t14 bottle. Put on just shampooed wet hair, don’t use conditioner as it will block some of the color. Wait 30 min, shampoo and condition hair, rinse w cool water. It looks very dark as it’s developing but don’t worry, that’s not the color! I wait about 3 days before shampooing again. Lasts about a month for me.

Does the job
Definitely great to pair with toners to combat the brassiness. Would buy again. It does exactly what it is supposed to. I would just be careful using it on hair if you are a lighter blonde or if that is your goal. It will gray your color up quite a bit and not in a bright way.

Good, but there are better buys.
Very fast absorption, but t should last longer.

Read the directions carefully...
I goofed. I read the directions. Three times. I still goofed and mixed it wrong. Didn't use enough developer. It still worked! But, I suspect it's washing out a bit faster because of this.Otherwise, the color is gorgeous (I got the black), and it covered my gray quite well. It didn't smell awful like so many hair colors. It was super easy to apply (dollar tree BBQ ketchup bottle ftw!), processed nicely despite my inability to follow very clear written instructions. However! You will need something to measure the developer with! That was my other oops. All in all, when my hair grows out and starts looking too gray for my taste, I will be doing this again, and next time, I'll make sure to do it right. LolI'll hopefully remember to update my review when I do.

Beautiful Violet Additive
Not a toner but Wella hidden with my favorite color makers. 050 added one drop at a time to any toner to end any brass or mix 050 like you would any Wella toner adding violet silver to your hair as light or dark as your base color. Must have for blondes.
