If you’re looking for postpartum recovery, stop right here and buy this product. I used these everyday since I gave birth and stopped around 6 weeks. They were a huge part of my recovery and I preferred them over the tucks pads. They didn’t get stuck in my lady parts after wearing them for awhile and I love how long they are. Definitely a must have for your hospital bag, but still ask for the pads so you can take them home and use them for hemorrhoids ( sorry to break it to you, but those are definitely a thing after giving birth)

I love these. I had a 4th degree tear and these helped with discomfort down there. I didn’t really use ice packs that much because it felt weird. So this product plus numbing spray down there worked great for me.

These are amazing! My hospital provided Tucks and while I would argue those are slightly wetter and more cooling than Frida Mom Liners, the Tucks pads shift around and are really hard to keep in position and lay out. Especially in the hospital mesh underwear where the Tucks tend to shift around and fall out when pulling them up. So these are just sooo easy to pull out one sheet and done. Lifesaver! Paid an extra couple bucks to have more delivered today.

These are lifesavers for postpartum! Yes you can use the T*€ks witch hazel pads, but you’ve got to do several to cover the same amount of area as these. These come out of the packaging easier, and make an unpleasant task so much easier and quicker! A must for postpartum healing!!

I swear by these for post partum care!! I used them after giving birth both times and they were life savers. Would recommend for healing 1000 times over.

I used these postpartum in conjunction with Tucks pads. These wipes, personally, I loved for hygiene after using the bathroom and following the peri bottle. They’re cooling and soothing. Only wish they made the packs a little bigger with more wipes.
