I came across this at Amazon and I thought, "neat idea". So I bought it and a day later I got it. The matte black finish was pretty nice against the copper bullet color. The insignia with the newest Air Force logo is sweet. No blurriness, but very clean lines in the lettering makes it very awesome looking.Then the test, got an Alaskan Ale bottle and viola! it popped it off. So this would be a great gift.I can see in the future over time the matte black finish will come off, but come on, how long do you want things to last? Realistically this opener will not disappoint and if it fades then so be it.Great gift, does the job and does it well.

Very giftable item. I bought it as a gift for myself, a lifelong bartender and bar owner, on the day that my son swore his oath to the Air Force. I have seen these before in gift shops and wanted to purchase them… This is not the same as the ones I have seen. Feels a bit cheaper made… Very light almost like plastic. Other ones I have seen and held felt much more realistic and heavy. Sort of disappointed… Bought them for gifts and unfortunately out of time to return for a better choice.
