Good quality but the sizing it easier for kids or women than men. We bought for a Santa Christmas cookie session and it didn’t fit Santa’s head but did fit the kids.

Used this for our Ratatouille costumes. Fit perfectly, though one was a little tighter than the other. Not a problem because I wore the smaller one. Way to use, popped up easily and were comfortable. Great value!

Fun hats for any occasion - cooking at home, costume, theme party. Just wish they were a little more loose/band wasn't as tight. Still they are okay for a couple (2-3) hours of use.
