Replaced Stock Deore
Great upgrade to my stock deore break levers. Stock originals started leaking quite a lot so I needed an upgrade.

Updated mounting design is better...
I was concerned the new mounting design would not give me the same range of adjustability for my integrated shifter. After finding an appropriate length mounting bolt (a rotor bolt works perfect!), and fiddling with the adjustment slots, I got it dialed to my liking. The lever adjusts side-to-side, as well as radially about the handlebar. Additionally, this lever eliminates the B spec/A spec/whatever BS screws, spacers, and shims for an integrated shifter. And, clamp is mounted more to the center of the cylinder body, with an additional boss that rests against the handlebar. Much more durable in a crash. The ONLY caveat, that may bug some people, is the dark gray color has a blue tint to it. Performance is the same, just install an adjustable bite point screw, and you're golden.

i received a lever with a leak
I received a leaky lever. I also own the xt 8100 lever and the deore 6100 levers too they work great and feel firm right away. This Slx felt good after i bled it up and down multiple times. I then put on the pads and when i squeezed the lever with the wheel and rotor back on it made a swoshing noise when the levers were pulled and c oil was leaking out the piston blader diaphram thing. evert lever pull made more oil shoot out of the hole. It seems like it mossing the screw for piston not the bleed bolt hole . I returned it via khoal drop off at store

The media could not be loaded. fit right on to my cheap brakes‘ line and bled just fine no issues super sensitive good hit and it just feels expensive
