Excellent Cover
Easy to install on my Toyota RAV4 2019. Be sure to center it exactly on top, start pulling down while covering the wheel on the sides as you progress to the bottom. It was not difficult to pull. Leaving it in the afternoon sun prior to installing may have helped. I like the oblong more palm grip feel instead of the usual smaller circular grip feel of the bare steering wheel. No more too hot to touch steering wheel with the car left in the sun. It does not get a 5 star rating because I ordered a cover with red stitching but I received one with black stitching, even though the manufacturer label indicated the package was a red stitch cover.

It's ok
It is really hard to get on but I know that's the point of it having a good fit. It fit my avenger well but made the steering wheel really bulky. But it looked great!

A hassle but worth it
Let me firstly say if you plan to install this a little trick is to lay it on your dash in the sun for about 30 minutes to help warm it up to make it more flexible. With that being said I didn't have that luxury. It will be a pain to install by yourself but can be done. Once you get it on it really does look good. It's soft, a little on the bully side but for the price I say it is worth it.

Need help but it works.
It will take 2 strong people to pull on it but it fit my Maserati steering wheel nicely and the stitching was a perfect match for my interior stitching. Just be prepared to get some help putting it on.

No for honda civic 2013 ..
Is not for honda civic 2013 .. is a little bit bigger.. I think the right zize is 14.5 in, for honda civic 2013

Hard to put on BUT..
Harder than a MF to put on but once its on its a perfect fit, nice and snug wont slide around and it looks amazing with the trailhawk stitching.

It's okay does the job
The leather felt a bit weird at frist the steering wheel feels alot more bulky but then you get used it and it's pretty good especially if your car doesnt come with a leather steering wheel
