I love these eyedrops, and use them several times a day. However, I purchased 4 bottles of them and when I opened the first one, there was no dropper. Just a big gaping hole. The other 3 bottles are perfectly fine. It is just so aggravating to purchase things and find you have been ripped off, whether it was $3 or $20.

Works as advertised. I don’t know if there are any long term negative effects, but I try not to use it much.
