Impressed!
Basically my feet kill me after a long shift at work. I was going to buy an expensive foot massager but thought I’d try this first. Well after a couple of days use my feet feel so much better. Yes it makes you feel a bit of a plonker standing in front of the telly rolling your feet over it, but its worth. Give it a go, its a tenner well spent!

Great product at a great price.
Great product at a great price. I use this after my long runs and it's so nice. Very sturdy as usual delivered quickly. One niggle, no instructions ie length of time,frequency of using it etc. But very much a handy item.

MASSAGE Roller
This product seems to be capable of easing pains etc, but realistically it is a question of time.The roller is well made and easy to use virtually for all limbs. The accompanying leaflet clearly illustrates the multiple uses.

Nice relief
Nice to massage the foot but don't do it too long on the PF as it can inflame it more.I put mine in the freezer which assisted some relief.A lot of PF remedies are not cures but temporary relief for controlled pain. The PF will heal on its own but you can control the pain. Just got to ride it out

My mom suffers from plantar fasciitis and this roller has helped greatly.

I like it
Great product. It arrived the next day after ordering it. It works very well, even on carpet. It's not too hard on the feet so if you have foot issues, like me, then it's good.

Relief!
Doctor advised daily exercise to overcome pain of plantar fasciitis at first I used a tennis ball which provided some relief but was awkward to control. Ordered this devise and was able to work and exercise at the same time. Handy size and doesn't roll around the room - my foot is in total control.
