Nice Switch
I'm working on a project to motorize a collapsible cart that I use for hauling stuff to my boat. The drive motor is a DeWalt DC 759 drill. I rewired it to accept an external switch as well as leaving the original switch. In this way I can still use it as a drill as well as powering the cart. This switch matches the voltage requirement of 18 Volts but I found out in use that it is out of the amperage range. I need 22 amps for the drill and this switch tops out at 16 v. So the switch works but it's too many amps and it heats up and then slows the motor down. I'm looking for another switch. But, this switch is perfectly fine for applications within the amperage range.

It works only to half throttle, than stops.
Drill motor stops at around half of full speed.
