Incompetent seller
Item ordered with accepted 2 month wait for delivery although money taken immediately. Delivery on time but then a problem arose as one of the armrests was incorrect in size, although we did manage to attach to seat but not chair back as it was some 3cm short! Contacted seller and provided photos of issue and then was asked to package item for collection. I asked if we could please have replacement so that we could use the chair and promised to return the offending item as soon as we received the new correct part. Numerous emails back and forth getting us nowhere and today we were finally told part was not available from suppliers and requesting us to package and return the whole lot!!! This after all the requests to return the part!! PLEASE do not deal with this company if my experience is typical! The only consolation we have is that although the arm rest does not fit properly, the chair is usable!

Easy to make and delivered well
The fixing instructions were clear and easy to follow. Working together we were able to get a finished product within an hour.Delivery was on time. Packaging was secure and safe. It was easy to check all items were present and after fixing we found that more than enough bolts etc. were included.Great buy now standing proud on our Bistro area. Shame about the rainy season though!!!!
