This is an excellent and compact exercise bike for all age groups for maintaining physical fitness, if you don't have time for walking, or having the habit of skipping your gym workout. You can use it while you work on your desk. Also you can use it to get a wonderful workout for your hands, shoulders and back muscles

So this one fits nicely under a desk and while sitting at your desk you can keep pedaling it. Although it would be best if you had a chair without wheels because this does tend to slip back a little and while pedaling you might end up going further back yourself.Rest it serves it's purpose well..however I hoped that the resistance levels would have been more because I've put the dial to the max and it seems like the level 2 or 3 of a regular exercise bike

I purchased the item, but even after replacing it once, the resistance nob is still not working properly. Additionally, the product is not the same as shown in the picture on the app.It is of cheap quality, even though a different, better-quality product was advertised.I request Amazon to please check the quality of the product before sending it to customers. After all, it affects Amazon’s reputation.
