What I use when I want to show off.
I usually just make my pizzas and calzones with regular all-purpose flour. But I keep a couple of blue bags for making dough when expecting guests. It holds up better to the temps in our wood burning pizza oven and is lighter, smoother in texture. It’s definitely finer than domestic grocery store 00 pizza flours. Love that puffy tender not to chewy crust it makes.

Tastes the same as the pizza from the Italian city of Naples!
I make a lot of Neapolitan pizza's and the Antimo Caputo Pizzeria 00 Flour (Blue) flour is my favorite. I have used several brands but found that this one tastes the best and the same as the pizza from the Italian city of Naples. The flour is very fine and never had any issues. It holds moisture perfectly!

TASTE IS OUTSTANDING
I could taste the difference in the raw dough! We have made pizza twice with this and its fantastic! Highly recommend. no indigestion or heartburn after eating! Great flour!

Great texture.
The best I've tried so far. Crispy cooked base from a dough that ain't teared at all. Some might think it's expensive. How much did you pay for your last delivery?? Italian imported, it's gonna be more expensive. But they know the best flour!

Perfect pizza flour
Great 00 flour for pizza. Subtle differences in pizza between this and the red label flour. It is silky smooth and easy to work with. I found this pizza flour makes a lighter dough that rises incredibly well so the resulting dough is very delicious and airy. . I highly recommend both.
