Nothing like warm toes in sub zero weather
I bought these to replace a over 10 year old d battery clunky pair of heated socks.I enjoyed these right away as they were so light weight and the material so comfortable.I wore these on a winter hiking trip in Montana and had toasty toes and feet.I used them on the low and meadium heat and was able to get 4 hours of use before I had to re charge batteries.I found the re charge cycle to be faster than I expected.I loved that they did not retain a odour and were simple to wash as directed.I definitely recommend these for the comfort and warmth they provide for those frigid days when doing outside activities.

batteries
one of my batteries is defective. the cover popped off and did not snap on properly. so I took some tape to hold it on and it worked. but now I'm getting ready for the up coming winter and thought I would charge the batteries and the one will not take a charge. how can I replace it?

Horrible!
Okay, maybe I just got a defective pair. I've tried these three times. Each time after at least 8 hours of charging (last time 12 hours) on the highest "red" setting, the socks were...well, not even warm. I'm not exaggerating. After coming in from the cold (wearing insulated boots) I had her feel the socks, she asked, "are you sure you turned them on?" I don't know about the positive reviews (these are the second brand I've tried)...is it me??? I may try one more of the other brands, but I gotta tell ya, these were HORRIBLE

Nice extra warmth for hiking in the snow and cold weather
Now to be honest this is my first pair of heated socks. I didn't know they even existed until my hiking buddy recommended them when I complained my feet were still getting frozen with super warm layered socks. So I don't have anything else to compare these to but I'm still very happy. I would have thought the battery pack would be heavy or annoying, ...it hasn't been (& I'm pretty small). I thought it might get too hot... It hasn't. I don't feel the wires which also surprised me as well. It gets reasonably cold in the Midwest so this has been helpful when taking the dog out hiking in the cinder weather

Doesn’t mimic the picture shown at all.
They don’t heat up as expected, and when they do, it’s after 15-30mins. To increase the heat is incorrect. You have to tap the button twice, not hold it down for 2 seconds. They dont heat the entire foot, just a small section of the toes.

Comfort
Definitely good and worth the money. I have tried a good amount of heating socks and vests and what not, this is one of the cheapest ones I have tried, and it’s not bad at all. It heats and adjusts nicely, the fabric doesn’t causes any irritation. It’s one size fits all, My dad have small feet’s and it still fit nicely and it’s not too tight for my big feet either. Overall it’s great. I would really hope they have more color choices.

Don't really work
These socks are ok, I live in michigan and was looking for something to keep the icicles that are my feet warm in the winter. These socks are ok but I am overall disappointed. The socks are large in the feet which is fine but are super super tight in the calves I couldn't pull them up and I'm not a person with large calves. The batteries last about 90 minutes tops even when I've charged them to full capacity, and half the time even then they refuse to turn on. The socks don't get warm warm unless they are on the highest setting, but if you are using them on the highest setting the battery gets way way hot and burns your leg within 20 min, I had to pull the battery out and let it dangle so I didn't burn myself. Compared to other heated socks pricing I guess you get what you pay for but I was hoping for $40 they'd at least be wearable for more than an hour or so.
