The nomenclature of Korean and East Asian skincare is entirely different. It's based on NON-COLONIAL beauty standards that are millenia old, in phenotypically homogenous cultures where everybody was/is Asian. Brightening/lightening/whitening (often interchangeable in labeling) do not refer to being lighter skinned. Do NOT buy this cleanser! Made my skin very dry!!!

I have been using for 3 times, and woke up with very dry skin and redness on my cheeks, around my nose, and chin. I thought Korean products are very gentle on the skin (not so sure if this is really Korean) . This product made my skin worse!!! Never ever gonna buy this again and I don’t think I’m gonna buy from this brand ever again!
