The item was pretty good Crystal clear so far picture qualities is great. I gotta try another DVD. I did try too so far every time I put it in a tray and I hit the button to close on the remote control. It keeps popping open. Takes about five times before it actually catches. I tried two DVDs I wanna try two or three more and if it still does that, I guess I’ll send it back for another one but other than that it’s really good.

This product meets all my needs. It has htmi plug, remote, and fit under my tv.

A longer length USB HDMI cable would have been preferred. I had to buy a ten foot cable to accommodate my system.

easy to use works well

This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon! It was a simple cheap dvd player, but it was definitely not worth the price! I expected poor video quality or loud but when I have to screw around for 20 minutes or more trying to get one dvd to play that mind you I have already watch a million times with this dvd player, it’s about to become scap metal. It picks and chooses when it wants to load and play dvd and it’s not a specific dvd either. I’ve gone back and forth between two dvds for 5 minutes. I put one in it loads automatically I put in the dvd I want to watch it won’t load I try a completely different dvd it loads but it never loads the dvd I actually want to watch. I should have returned when I first bought it but it only happened once In the first month and a half I owned it then it progressively got worse. If I could give zero stars that’s what it would get!UPDATE: it is now little more than five months since I purchased this piece of junk, bought January 8th, 2024. Can’t return it. Can’t get the manufacturer to respond to you and Amazon won’t return it. It’s just a dust collector now as it’s got a life of its own now and just opens and closes whether you have turned it on or off. By button or via the remote. It only stops when it’s unplugged from all power. Yes it was cheap yes I took a gamble. But I would have thought atleast a year tops before if breaks.

I've had this player less than a year.. it's actually in a spare bedroom so it's only been used a handful of times.. and no longer reads discs even brand new discs that play perfectly fine and other players... Movies will not load or if they do it freezes the entire unit and will throw a code ...UpdateI contacted the company and they sent a reply after some trouble shooting and multiple back and forth emails they agreed to send me a replacement system.I've used it a couple times it's a slightly different system so I'm going to assume they did a few changes to the system...I would give it a 5 star but I'm hesitant since I've only used it a couple times and the first system broke after just a few uses so far so good thoI really appreciate the customer service willing to help me and try to right this situation.

Super - easy to hook up, works fine

It was obvious that the makers of this device are not fluent and proficient in the English language. Especially bothersome is that certain key information, such as the required video format for playing videos from a USB is not clearly explained anywhere.It does not appear that Amazon permits a purchaser to send a question to the manufacturer, the only way found on the site is to contact customer service (and I doubt they know the details of questions like mine on video format for USB files. I did not try this route, because I managed to convert my .MP4 file to a .VOB file, and this was a solution that made me decide to keep the device and not return it.
