Very nice and affordable set.
I love these. We took them on a trip to Europe for 12 days and I was able to fit everything in the medium size suitcase and the carryon. They were not completely full and I still had too much stuff with me. But I guess it depends on people’s packing style. For me they are a great size. They have no damage and seem to be very sturdy. I love the purple because it’s not the bright purple but still easy to recognize when picking up from baggage. The only thing I don’t like is that they open up in the middle and therefore don’t fit on those baggage tables they have in hotels. But that is the case with all hard exterior luggage. It might to be good to consider that if you are changing from fabric luggage as they usually have a flap on top rather than opening it from the middle like a book. But that has nothing to do with the quality of this set. It looks nice and is sturdy.

This Samsonite carry-on saved me from gate-checking chaos!
I absolutely love this carry-on! It is the perfect size for both domestic and international travel, compact enough to fit in overhead bins but surprisingly spacious thanks to its expandable sides. On a recent flight to Montreal to visit my daughter, the plane was packed, and several passengers had to gate-check their bags. But the crew let me through with my adorable, compact Samsonite, while others weren’t as lucky. The 360° spinner wheels make maneuvering through airports a breeze, and the scratch-resistant hardshell still looks brand new after a few trips. It’s also lightweight, which helps avoid extra fees, and the TSA-approved lock gives me peace of mind. When I landed, the weather was so beautiful that I decided to walk 30 minutes along Ste-Catherine Street from the metro station to my daughter’s place, with my suitcase rolling beside me like it weighed nothing! The smooth wheels handled sidewalks and curbs effortlessly, and the lightweight design made it feel like I wasn’t even pulling luggage. If you want a reliable, airline-friendly carry-on that won’t let you down, this one’s a winner. Highly recommend! No cons so far for me.

Don't look elsewhere. I am a 2 million miler.
I have used the omni 1 and now the omni 2 for over 2 million miles over 100s of flights. These are AMAZING. They have taken an unbeatable beating over the years, but never broke. I have some pretty good gouges in them, but they never went through the case. Everything inside arrives safe and unbroken. Not sure how they do it, but probably the flex in the case? Like I said, no idea how, but they protect everything within this super lightweight case set. I have 4 sets now. One for each family member. I would never buy another set. As a constant traveler, with a lot of gear, this is by far the best travel tool I have ever bought. You don't need to research, just trust me. They have so many miles and 100s of flights on them, and nothing has broken on them. One cool things about them. If you fill the medium case, it doesn't go over 23kg. Its design seems to be perfect for the weight requirements. I really appreciate the effort they put into designing the perfect size to comply with the weight restrictions. The large one can get over 23kg if you are not careful. The large is designed for the business class 32kg. It also fills to that weight with typical travel packing. The carryon does not have a pouch for your laptop or anything like that, but it ALWAYS fits overhead (un expanded of course) and rolls so easy. The beading on the outside makes it slide easy into the bin, and away you go.CON but not a CON: They are VERY slippery. They slide so easy on and off the carrousels and in and out of vehicles. ALTHOUGH they do move around when in the back. A lot. The slippery outside makes the luggage survive travel, but when in your car, you need to make sure they dont slide around. Tat is the con, but it is design feature to make it less likely to get stuck of damaged in the airport belts.

GreatLuggage for a retired Road Warrier / Occasional Traveler
Have the large checkable and the smaller carry-on case. These are replacing Tumi and Briggs & Riley carry-on pieces. Both companies supported their pieces with lifetime warranties well, I have no complaints. But in looking for a checkable piece of luggage, I did not want to pay that premium since I'm no longer the road warrier. These are most economical, and for the amount that I travel a better value for their expected use/lifetime.They satisfy my requirement for a tough enough piece of luggage although I am slighly concerned that the hinge seam is the most vulnerable to damage either from (hard) usage including owner overpacking. The wheels are sweet, especially with the larger piece that I use when bringing larger amounts with me.While the capacity on both pieces is great - nice design provides maximum space for the volume, there are organizational voids, no quaint pockets or places to easily stash shaving kits. One side of each piece has a zippered cover and the other has elastic straps to keep items stowed.I've only used it once, so far, Maybe I can update in another 6 weeks after 3 more trips :-)
