Q: Can this be used on a glass stove top?

I do use it on glass top stove without issues. The only thing in observe is that the yellow coating seems to have turned black. I don’t suspect it has to do with using a glass top stove but poor quality of the coating. But I bring it up just in case indeed it is the way the heating system of this type of stove is causing it.

Q: Is the handle a wooden one? What is meant by soft touch handle?

This moka pot handles are not made of wood. Inside is a high temperature resistant bakelite with a wooden pattern on the surface. The soft touch is due to the soft silicone layer on the handle surface, which enhances the feel and is more resistant to heat.

Q: Can i use regular ground coffee?

This pot is made for espresso coffee so you need to use ground espresso coffee.

Q: Are they shipped with its own individual box per product ordered

I only ordered one and it was packed individually.
