When I ordered the unit, it came two days earlier than expected. It was in a sealed box and the parts were in their own sealed bags. Included were the device, two sizes of masks, a mouthpiece, a USB 2.0 cord (no wall charger though), a blank warranty slip, an inventory slip, an instruction booklet and a felted carry bag. The distributor is apparently supposed to fill out the bottom half of the warranty slip, but this was blank. The purchaser fills out the top half.Using the device is self explanatory: insert two AA carbon-zinc batteries, or Li-Ion batteries (which I did not have), or use the USB cord for power. Place the medication chamber atop the device and fill it with the medication solution (up to 8ml max). Having no medication, I used osmotically filtered water (saline would be preferable). Once the power is switched on (a pushbutton), it takes a few seconds to start nebulizing the first time, but then delivers a continuous cool nebulized mist. It shuts off the same way as it turns on. Then, disassemble the unit and clean the med chamber, the mask or mouthpiece too. Put the unit and its accessories in the clear carry bag for storage. Note that there are exhalation ports on the mask and on the unit itself if the mouthpiece is used.As a physician with 40 years of practice behind me, I have used on occasion a handheld bronchodilator unit and have seen early concentrator units for use by children who may not have the coordination to press the inhaler and briskly inhale at the same time (some adults have that coordination problem too). This unit would seem to alleviate the coordination problem and the medication dose is not lost in a long tube. A potential downside to the device is the cleaning process (which is why I gave it four stars), especially the medication chamber, which must be done carefully and thoroughly. Also, why not a USB type C connector?Before obtaining a device, check with your healthcare provider as to whether the unit is right for you, and to make sure the medication is available in liquid form and in the right dose.Update 25 June 2021: Received message from seller on behalf of product engineer. Apparently the nebulizer has a self-cleaning mechamism this should be explained in the instructions. Though I haven't tried the self-clean, if it works as explained, it would alleviate my concern about contamination of the medication chamber. Nevertheless, I would still not recommend its use by unsupervised children. Upgrade to 4.5 stars from 4, taking off 1/2 star for the USB 2.0 charging port instead of USB type C.

25 July 2021: For thirty years my wife has used an old, clunky nebulizer to administer albuterol for her asthma symptoms. It's still working fine, but needs to be plugged into the wall and is quite noisy.She decided to give this nebulizer product a try and tells me that it's working well. She has been using it since 25 June and it's now 25 July. It seems to administer the complete dose. It's quiet.One of the product aspects which she really likes is that it uses regular alkaline batteries which can be changed out. All too often products now have rechargeable batteries which have to be recharged via USB.She can take this nebulizer with us camping and not have to worry about recharging.It's only been a month that this product has been used. If it stops working I'll return to amend the review.

It's amazing! Very portable (battery or USB charged) and is heavenly when I'm out in the TX heat and my asthma means I need a treatment NOW! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

Second brand I tried. Works quick. So far very happy with itUpdate. Gets clogged a lot. When it works it’s great. But it clogs during use. Company says run warm water through it but I’d have to dump out medication to do it.

When my old nebulizer was not working any more I figured out it was probably the internal battery which was at EOL and no possibility to replace it, so I found this model with two different type of power source much more tempting. External micro USB power from a power bank or any other USB power as long as it's capable to deliver 0.3A or more, which is definitely not a lot and way below the 1A which even cheap power banks deliver. So with a 10.0000 mAh power bank, this nebulizer can be run for about 30 hours. Of course there's a timer which will stop it after 20 min, but just to see how low the power consumption is. I've also tried with rechargeable Lithium batteries and it also worked - no difference. It's easy to open, fill, clean, close again and really water tight. The fog density has just one level, but it's about right what I need. The different adapters like the two face masks and the mouth piece fit perfectly. Flawless experience so far.

Nebulizer can be bulky and hard to use. This nebulizer is small but carries a positive punch. It works better than the big bulky nebulizerz. It is quieter and best of all transportable. The unit comes with 2 nose pieces and a mouth piece. After losing the mouth piece I contacted costumer service to try to reorder one. This company was so attentive, they not only found a solution for the lost mouth piece but ended up sending me a whole new unit. I highly recommend the nebulizer and this company.
