Q: Can water be added to stretch it?or will it lose it's concentration. thanks!

No, water wouldn't work. When sprayed it stays on top of the water which creates a barrier. So it wouldn't really mix with water. Kind of like oil and water not mixing. With that said it's last a long time. You only need 2-3 sprays... I always use more... and so far I've had my bottle for about 3 months. Only using in public.

Q: Its now july 2019.have they fixed the spritzer yet? or should i get small bottle to tide me over.

I have five bottles at work ordered between Oct 2018 and Mar 2019 and they all work fine. We have even refilled with no spritzer problems.
