Use this on my neck - easy to use, takes around a minute to feel the coolness of it. Very handy to have.

Overall ok
I have a mixed feelings about this one. When I apply it on my lower back I can feel nice, cool sensation that last for quite a while. When I rub it on my knee - nothing. So maybe it depends where you apply it.

It’s OK… not great I much prefer Biofreeze roll on which has more of a kick and is not as sticky and nicer on the skin.This is a good second if Biofreeze is not available
