I’ve been having a flareup for 2 1/2 months and nothing was working. I was taking another probiotic that was highly recommended, but even that didn’t help. My doctor put me on an antibiotic that immediately caused a lot of discomfort.I’ve been using Nordic Naturals omega supplements for over 10 years and saw this product in the recommendation section and decided to try it thinking it won’t work but I had nothing to lose.I have been taking this product for about a week and it has literally resolved my issues in two days. He tenido dos años con problemas de Colon irritable y probioticos que me recetaba el doctor y cuando los dejaban regresaban los síntomas. Se que esta es una de las mejores marcas en Omega 3 y decidí probar estos probioticos, estoy maravillada los tome en Noviembre, Diciembre y parte de enero no he tenido ninguna sola molestia y he logrado incorporar alimentos que antes no podía comer, voy por el segundo frasco y no será el último.

This is the best Probiotic. After traveling and even before my stomach was unsettled. Lots of indigestion like I’ve had for 50 years. Other movements not right. But I’ve taken 3 pills in 3 days and my system is recovered! No reflux! Less gas. Feel so much better. I ordered from Amazon and I use Nordic brand vitamins and supplements because my eye Dr recommended them.

My gut takes often needs to get used to changes, so I've only been taking half the recommended dose since I got these two weeks ago. But I can definitely tell a positive, but subtle, difference in my digestive (and vaginal?) health. Would recommend. They're easy to swallow and don't hit my intestines like a bomb.

These work well. I would MUCH rather have softgels, however. Capsules may be cheap but they are unpleasant and hard to swallow, and sometimes stick in my throat and cause me problems.

At the recommendation of my daughter, who is a registered dietitian, I introduced this probiotic into my daily routine. Over all, I am a very healthy 60 year old, but over the past few years I noticed an increase in heartburn and very loose, and wildly unpredictable stools. In an effort to control my loose stools, my physician encouraged me to take Metamucil ; I gag just thinking about swallowing it. (I’m sure that’s all in my head) He also advised me to take an antacid to address the heartburn. During a conversation with my daughter, she suggested that I might have ‘leaky gut’. She told me that the stomach is our ‘second brain’; and if it is compromised, it can affect many other things. I chose Nordic brand because she personally takes it. I have been taking two capsules daily for four months now. I can honestly say, I no longer suffer from heartburn. More importantly, I no longer have constant diarrhea! I repeat: I no longer have constant diarrhea!! It’s hard to believe this simple, natural product has allowed my body to self correct.

I really like this brand of natural medicine. This probiotic is great, it doesn't upset my stomach like some of the others!
