No. It won't hold its shape. It's more like fabric then stiff plastic liners.

I use two strands of both DMC and Anchor brand threads.

It says the size on the package 10.5 inches by 13.5 inches. If you are asking the largest size they sell, I do not know. You can look at the sizes of all the sellers. Depending on what you are using it for, you might be able to zip tie or somehow tie them together to make them larger. Hope this helps.
