This is reminiscent of the old-school red felt covers that my grandparents used to have on their piano. It does the job well in keeping the dust off the keys. BUT. It sheds. I find little red lint on the keys. So I do still have to wipe the keys down every once in a while. But it does work. And it is a thick enough material that it is easy for my 5-year-old to remove this from and replace it on the keyboard herself. It fits our Kawai upright perfectly. And it also has a nice deep red color which looks great on our glossy black upright.

Does it serve its purpose? It covers 90% of the keyboard, so partly yes. However, it is not cut straight, perhaps it was cut by a child with blunt scissors? More importantly, it is not wide enough to cover an entire key, and is a little bit too long for the standard 88-key piano. How is it this difficult to make these products right? I love my electronic piano as much as the next guy, but something about it was off. Then I saw the same setup I had in a picture online, but the picture looked waaaaay better! Why? Because the dude had this thing on it. My piano looks so fancy now. I feel like I should be drinking more expensive wine.The price is great for what it does. I mean, it's just a piece of cloth, but it does so much. Give this to any pianist you know if they don't have one and they'll be awestruck -- both at how nice it looks as well as at themselves for not thinking about it first

I first bought this 3 years ago and it was great. I had to buy it again now 3 years later and the quality has been cheapened, but not by much. The main difference is that it's a little thinner now, but that's about it. It still feels high quality, and covers my keys completely. I don't have issues like frayed edges or lint.

This is made of a thin synthetic material and it’s not like the real wool that a grand piano uses. Also, the tone of the color is not the same than the shown in the picture. If I could go back, I would had tried other seller. I don’t think this is worthy the price it costs.
