Just what I needed to help with sitting at the desk all day. My feet don't comfortably reach the floor and I tend to use the chair legs as support. It's just not ideal. This footstool helps a lot and is very supportive and comfortable and keeps it shape well.

GoodComfortableCan have it the flat side down and put your foot on the arch or put it the arch side on the carpet and then you’ve got a flat top for your foot and you can flex your foot.

This is more expensive than a lot of similar item currently on the market but definitely worth the money.

My brother bought me a cheaper foot rest not knowing I had this, and that one is much better. It's the same shape, height adjustable and probably straight out of the same far eastern factory. Don't be fooled by the marketing, there's absolutely nothing special about this to justify the price premium.
