Expensive in my mind for what it does, that said we ordered two different ones and this one was obviously better quality and more effective.

Does exactly what it says it will do and love the app. I only wish it covered more of my wrists but that wasn’t promised anyway. I am glad that I wasn’t disappointed.

Good while it lasted. Ability to take a charge lasted just long enough for the warranty to expire. That made me think this unit should be named the Serendipity Model. I almost never purchase product insurance because it’s actuallarily a bad deal however the Asurion policy I bought with this purchase will make me whole. BTW, I bought the policy because of negative battery issue mentions in this forum.

I bought this device mainly for my sore fingers caused by chronic arthritis. I've only had it for a few days but in using it everyday for several minutes, I can already tell my hands feel better. It's like getting a massage with compression and heat. There is also a vibrating feature but I haven't used it much. I particularly love the heat setting and the massage. I make no claims that my arthritis is going to magically disappear but if it will make my hands more flexible and less painful, then it's totally worth it to me! It's made well. I recommend it.

I just received this and so far I’m very happy with it. I’m going through perimenopause and my fingers get stiff and need massaging constantly. This helps with my discomfort.
