I purchased this pillow after doing some research as it was recommended to purchase a memory foam pillow because I am a side sleeper and I kept having an issue with my first 2 fingers on each hand that would fall asleep during the night which became frustrating because I was only getting about 4 hours of sleep a night as I would wake up and work on getting the feeling back on my fingers , then trying to fall asleep. My doctor said it was due to a pinched nerve and so after purchasing this pillow - on the first night of using it, I finally had a good nights sleep - In fact, due to the lack of sleep I had been experiencing, I slept for nearly 10 hours thanks to this pillow. If you are having this issue, just buy this pillow, you will not regret it.

I suffer from chronic migraines and severe neck arthritis that causes painful spasms. I've spent a fortune on pillows hoping to find relief, and used to switch pillows multiple times per night trying to get comfortable.After several weeks with the Tuft & Needle pillow, I haven't been tempted to switch even once. It feels incredibly soft yet provides excellent support without being rigid. The loft is perfect for cradling my head and neck.While it hasn't eliminated my pain (likely nothing will), I'm finally comfortable at night, which honestly feels like a miracle. Highly recommend for side sleepers dealing with neck issues.This pillow has given me something I thought was impossible: a full night's sleep without pillow switching.

Pros:This pillow is feathery soft. It is the softest foam pillow I have ever had. Unlike feather/down pillows, this pillow doesn’t continue to compress through the night. It still maintains its elasticity and provides support.Cons:5 inch is too high for a petite person like me. Also because it is so soft, my head sinks into the pillow relatively too deep and causes the edge of the pillow push against my neck. I woke up with minor neck pain.Since I can’t find another lower profile pillow that is so nicely soft , I did some customization. I trimmed the pillow a little thinner and to have a gentle slope so it is slightly lower at the neck. Took me 2 tries to get it perfect.

I hate to admit this but I can’t count the number of pillows I’ve bought over the yrs hoping to find the perfect pillow. I am loving this pillow soooo much that I HAD to write a review! I spent the night at my daughter’s home and slept on her Tuft and Needle pillow. When I saw it I thought it wasn’t going to be a good night. But honestly to my tremendous surprise I had the best night of my life! Absolutely NO neck pain or headache in the morning which I usually have every morning with my other pillows. Plus it stays cooler thru the night! I really feel like my head in laying on a soft cloud - a literal cloud! I will NEVER buy a different pillow than my Tuft and Needle pillow!!! It’s well worth the $$$$!!! Highly highly recommend this pillow! And it’s a heavy pillow but don’t be concerned. For some reason it all works! And I love my silk pillowcase on it!!!

The pillow is heavy as well as quite flat. I couldn’t get myself comfortable as my head was never much higher than my neck. I will say the materials are of very good quality.

This pillow is worth every penny. Perfectly supports my neck and shoulders as I'm a side sleeper. This is my first ever therapeutic pillow. Before this I didn't realize what it felt like to not have neck pain. No more achy neck and sleeping so much better as a result. Not too soft and just the right amount of firmness. Happy with my purchase.

With name brand I expected more and this pillow FELL FLAT…..disappointing to say the least!!! It feels cool at first but I could sleep on it for long because its just soft and flat it goes back to a full shape when your head isn’t on it….would be nice to actually get responses from companies no matter if its a dissatisfied customer or one thats thrilled with a product….those companies want to hear from you….but you never hear from them

I have purchased so many pillows! All have disappointed me, especially memory foam! They are so hard, don't adapt to different sleeping modes and I hate them. This adapted foam pillow is TERRIFIC. It is also quite cooling. It fits my neck as if it was custom made! My neck and shoulder pain have become a thing of the past. I FINALLY sleep well through the night. Holds it shape and is wildly comfortable. No need to slip my hand and arm underneath it for proper height or the need to flip it to get to cooler side. I purchased a King. Buy it. You won't regret it!
