Found this after watching a YT short from Andrew Huberman and I am in shock that something actually works this well without being a prescribed drug.I have taken Ambien, Seroquel, Lunesta, Trazadone, and Xanax for sleep over 10+ years and each one always causes problems so the Dr's switch back & forth. I have been terrified of sleep for many years due to night terrors, sleep paralysis, and gruesome dreams that's why Dr's started me on sleeping pills. I can't take the daytime breathing issues from those meds anymore so I went on the hunt for something else. Melatonin does nothing for me & Benadryl also causes breathing issues for me.I was scared to get off the meds because what if I can't sleep?! This supplement coupled with Neuro-Mag or other Magnesium supplement is absolutely incredible!!!!! I actually rest and don't find myself waking as often...or at least I don't remember doing so.I highly recommend this supplement. I slept the 1st night I took it and mind you I'm actually detoxing from Ambien which is incredibly difficult to do.
