My grand-daughters love Polly Pocket and this is one they did not have. They were very happy when they opened it.

My 5 year old niece loved it! She played with it more than her other toys and still is playing with it, even though she lost a lot of the pieces lol I was surprised that there was so many things to it to play with.

Seems like everything costs more these days, including sweet Polly. This set comes safely packaged in what I consider to be standard toy packaging. The unicorn cake is sturdy and will stand freely without falling over.The daughter who plays with these is 8 . . . the daughters I used to have playing with them are now 14. In that time . . . there have been changes. Gone are the sticky legs/feet which allowed the dolls to stick and stand where ever they were placed. They now look more like little lego people in the lower body. There are not as many pieces and parts as there used to be in the Polly sets, and those that are seem to be mostly duplicates of a different color. They are all safely bagged so will not be lost . . . however it leaves this set feeling like there is not as much to do. And although there is a carry handle, it isn't a set that my daughter chooses to take with her.The last thing I have noticed is that the set just isn't quite as nice as the ones I had as a kid, or my older daughters had. The dolls have some paint issues, and the accessories themselves don't have details or paint at all.So . . . considering that everything has gone up in price, and this seems to be about what I spent for sets 7 years ago . . . this is still a good set.

Cuter than picture shows. Perfect for a 4 year old with little hands to play with. She loves things small. It was perfect. Cute theme as well and lots of pieces to set it up to they’re own imaginations.
