No more neighbor raising my garage doors!
This is the best purchase I've made in a long time.Had problems for a little over a year with my neighbors garage door opening one of our doors. They eventually replaced the other garage door and the incidences of the issue doubled.Purchase these and wired them into where the inside buttons are and it works perfectly with no interference. The range is surprisingly good. Much better range than my old Chamberlain remotes. It's very easy to pair new fobs. I have a cat I acquired from my aunt who could no longer take care of it but unfortunately it couldn't stay in the house with my other cats due to behavioral issues. I keep a fob on my nightstand and raise the door in the morning so she can go outside.

Perfect
The media could not be loaded. Used this in my enclosed trailer for inside lights and porch lights. Works perfectly and from a good distance away. Just a tip, the box will have a constant light on, so there's a steady draw for anyone using these with just battery power. And the instructions were a bit confusing as the colors were wrong on some of the wires in the diagram, but I got it figured out.

Great for adding remote start to my generator
I got this to replace another module I installed on my portable generator that had failed after 5 years. The installation was pretty easy and straightforward if you follow the instructions. The quality appears to be pretty good and it should last the test of time. It offers different switching types but I only needed momentary function. The instructions described how to change the modes. I have actually only used it twice so far with no issues.

Remote & receiver for Chamberlain Garage Door Opener
Was looking for a more economical receiver & remote for my older Chamberlain garage door opener (than $50 Chamberlain replacement kit). Didn't get it to work first try, e-mailed the company (in China) and they responded within 12hrs with customized instructions for what I was trying to do. Works great so far!

Work as it should
Used for a custom remote automotive window application. Works as it should, have used several of these with no issues.

It doesn't work. It explodes.
It's a real shame. It only lasted an hour and suddenly a component exploded. I don't think this product can be trusted. It only lasted an hour.

Tips on using the Learning Button. Also, the remotes use a CR2016 Battery
This is a very well-designed receiver and remote control with a good range. It is a bonus that this comes with 2 remotes.Time is of the essence when programming. You must start over if you take too much time between the steps to program an Operating Mode. So I would have written the "How to Program" like this for Momentary Mode, but the same timeliness applies to programming the other modes:1. Confirm that both red LEDs on the circuit board are ON.2. Press the learning button on the receiver 1 time.3. Watch for the indicator LED on the receiver to turn OFF.4. Immediately press the button "A" on the remote transmitter.5. Watch for the LED to start flashing then stay OFF.6. Immediately press the button "B" on the remote transmitter.7. Watch for the LED to start flashing then stay ON.8. Congratulations, you have programmed Momentary Mode.IMPORTANT: Repeat the same steps for the 2nd Remote. I programmed one remote for Momentary Mode. When I tried the other remote, it was still programmed for toggle mode from the factory. The fix was to simply repeat the 8 steps above with the 2nd remote and now both execute Momentary mode.I did not see the type of battery used in the remote listed anywhere, so I opened one of my remotes so you don't have to. The remotes use a slide-in CR 2016 battery.I am using a 12 VDC power supply which is 16 VDC with no load and about 14 VDC powering just the receiver. I use an external relay, a diode, and the normally open contacts of each relay to run a DC motor clockwise and counterclockwise to open and close Levolor blinds.Hope this helps.

Minimal case and instructions.
The included product manual is minimal. I found the switch to be programmed to toggle mode, not momentary, so best to reprogram before installing. The plastic case is not strong and not large enough to accommodate the wiring.
