Brilliant
These are 100mg of Thiamin but the whole tablet weighs 62g.They have improved my health so much I had really bad cracked and dry skin within 2 weeks the improvement is life changing.

Great price but are not 100mg they are 62mg see attached photograph. If you need these for detox purposes they are not large enough.

Changed my life.
I was advised to take these before trialling TRT. My levels of testosterone were practically non-existent for a mid 20s guy. Started taking these and within a week I felt 15 years old again.Main benefits I felt:Sex life/drive increased tremendously.Mood - My mood has improved a lot.Sleep - I've only ever slept for 4-6 hours a night all my life with the odd nap here and there. Since taking these I still wake up after 4+ hours but I'm able to fall straight back to sleep. Something I've never been able to do.Downsides (could also be considered good):My appetite has returned so I need to get back to exercising regularly.
