The charger works very well, connected to QC3.0 it fast wireless charges my S22 Ultra without difficulty. I have vertical vents so it can wiggle a bit, kinda wish it had tabs in the vertical direction as well as the horizontal to help hold it in place but it clamps tightly to the vent blade and is easy to install/remove quickly. The ball joint is still tight and despite the phone with case being a bit on the heavy side, it hasn't drooped with all the bumps while driving. The magnetism isn't ridiculously strong, if I bump my phone when I reach for the wipers it can pop off but it's also easy to quicky remove without having to fight it and it doesn't fall off with general driving, even over speed bumps or pot holes. It's a sleek looking device and the blue glow is lovely and not intrusive to night vision when the phone is not connected.I received an email from the company the day before the item arrived asking if the item was received on time and in good working condition. I replied once the charger was received and they replied in less than 24hrs stating that the warranty was activated. I haven't had any issues with the item but feel fairly certain the company would respond quickly to resolve it. Would definitely recommend.

The Joyroom is the 3rd try at purchasing this type of product. The first one (brand unknown) did not hold the phone because the magnet was too weak. The second (Lisen) had a strong magnet but would only charge for a few seconds then stop. By the time I figured out that it was the product and not my phone, it was too last to send it back.The Joyroom has a strong magnet and charges quickly without shutting off. This product works as expected.

Very nice charger, holds phone well, and one of the sturdiest clamping mechanisms I've seen outside of pro camera gear.One of the reasons I selected this charger was that the USB input is hidden behind the charging surface, but it still points down, and with the included (rather short) cable the cable protrudes and takes away from the otherwise clean style.Pictured: with a 3rd party 90 degree L shaped USB cable (not included but well worth it IMHO)Also note that the ball joint is fully integrated with the clip and doesn't unscrew. For those hoping to connect this some other way you'll need a ball of the right size.That said, the clamp seems to be a very high quality plastic and almost feels like machined aluminum. the nature of the mechanism is a very robust design and I haven't had issues even in the tight suspension of my mini cooper on the rough city streets around here.Pros:+ elegant design+ Sturdy+ works greatCons:- USB port orientation/cable combo is not a clean look- wish there were more mounting options (e.g. a naked ball with a screw)- included cable runs short (and is type A-C not C-C)

I've been using it over a month now, and I'm really happy with this product. It doesn't charge super fast, but I think it's limited by what my phone can do anyway. If I have maps and music on in the car, it'll very slowly increase in charge which is good enough for me (just don't want it draining on long trips so slight increase is fine). I'm not usually someone that likes it when things light up, but in this case it's actually useful and the light turns off once the phone is on it. The hold is strong (I have a 13 mini so not sure how it is on heavy phones), it has a nice low profile look, and I like that I can easily spin the phone to rotate. It stays very secure on my air vent, no problem. Overall, I highly recommend it and I'd buy it again!

This phone mount and charger works great in my car, even with lots of vibrations and over bumpy roads. I installed it, adjusted it once to move it a little further away from my steering wheel, and haven’t had a need to adjust it much since then. Installation was straight forward and I didn’t run into any issues. My phone has not fallen off the mount, and it’s easy to remove when I get out the car.I purchased another for my wife’s vehicle, even though she already had a different model phone mount. It just feels natural to use—almost like the cars could have come with it standard. I don’t have to think about it, it just works naturally.

His product is very nice, I love that I’m able to see my phone and I could charge it while driving. I’m buying another one for my husband.

I purchased this car charger back in April and I've given it well over 4 months to see if it miraculously started working like it should have and it just did not happen. It's a great concept; it looks beautiful and is almost inconspicuous, but it just doesn't fully charge. The charging occurs intermittently, and it doesn't even stay charging long enough to actually charge (about 2 seconds at a time). In fact, I'd argue that it uses up even more battery that way. I tried swapping the included charging cable for a new one and nothing. I tried using a USB Type C charger and nothing. It just doesn't work and it makes me sad. :(

This is an excellent charger! It feels secure even though it's clipped to the vent. It is very easy to install, adjust, and get on or off. Phone is held in place and has never fallen off. It is so easy with a MagSafe case. Nice to be able to pull it down without fussing with a clip or having your phone fall out of the clip when you go over a bump or turn quickly.As far as the charging capabilities, this works pretty well. It charges my iPhone 14 Pro Max from 50% to full in about 30 minutes. The charger does not come with a 12V plug. You'll need to purchase that separately.I'd say it's the best car charger that I've ever purchase and would repurchase in the future.

No doubt, a must buy to hold your mobile phone in place.
