Extremely thin, does not keep your feet warm. My feet were freezing all night long. Tried wearing during the day and it did absolutely nothing for me. Very disappointing for me. Do not waste your time or money. Also a pair ripped after I washed.

Don't waste your money
There are much better products out there. These are cheaply made. No more than socks with non-skid bumps on the bottom. I can only assume that the bumps are made to be worn to the inside since they are sewn inside out. Not uncomfortable, but a total waste of hard-earned money. No special benefits at all - just cheap socks!!

Not worth it
The socks are light weight (good for me, as I don't like socks). Did not feel the effects of heat as described. And did not get weight loss feeling after a week of wearing every day. The grips on the bottom are true gripping. These socks are lightweight feeling and not thick. Not returning, but not buying again.
