The demonstration of using the device was explained thoroughly. The person was very helpful and the service is good as well.Edit: So after 2 months of usage, it's still very good. I've been using it everyday. It's does heat up, i guess that's normal but it does the job.It sucks in all the dust particles or anything small. The suction is very strong so be careful around small objects which you do not want to get sucked.The dust filter is awesome. I'm allergic to dust and this device helps me alot. It filters all the dust particles. The different nozzles help me reach the tight corners easily.Overall i would definitely recommend this device, especially for its HEPA filter and very strong suction.

Nice product , just the wait time after every interval is something which can be improved also Demo was good given by shurti.Company claims to use for 15 minutes and give it a break but now the vaccum stops in 10 minutes itself.Rubbish vaccum need to improve the performance of the vaccum.

I suffer from Cervical Spondylitis and I was looking for stick vacs that are light weight and will not have too much power since powerful machine are effective but require some muscle strength to move across the floor.. This machine is a good compromise. It is easy to assemble and it moves easily across the floor. I did not have to fight with it to move it. It does heat up somewhat but that is sorted by resting a little. I rest the machine and take a little rest myself to prevent my spondylitis from flaring. I had left for a vacation and on return, it cleaned my dusty cemented floor adequately in 20 mins. I have used it once and have not cleaned the dust chamber so I cannot comment on the ease of removing the dust chamber and cleaning. My only gripe is that while Amazon says that demo is available, Eureka Forbes customer service informed me that any kind of demo is available now only for robotic models. Why promise something that can't be kept. And why not give a demo .... I mean this machine can be bought by people who may have issue assembling it as not everyone is equally tech savvy or comfortable with reading manuals to get the product to work. All in all ... it is a light weight solution to quick and hassle free home cleaning.

Hi,It's a nice product but only laquana is that it doesn't have any brush as an attachment and doesn't collect the smalllest stone particles. Otherwise it is good in collecting dust and sand. Cleaning of sofa is amazing.
