I use some epoxy resin to stick this to an old .177 air rifle to use a sight I was given and to be honest it was quite fiddly fitting it - I couldn't drill and tap/thread the body section as it held the air piston in (its a 'break-action model) without possible leaks occurring. I aligned it up as best I could - hence the being fiddly bit - and once lined up I clamped it up and left it a few days to cure and so far it's working well. True I have had a bit of messing about, which is to be expected anyway 'sighting it up', but now its paid for itself. Great fun if you don't mind experimenting a bit, as in my own chosen case, but its given a new life to an old air-rifle a few decades old of no real value or considered 'collectable' that might have gone in the dustbin otherwise.
