I don’t think it’s counterfeit. I googled it and plenty of other sites offer same product. I can’t answer as to why it’s not showing on Neutrogena site.

Allergenic product

Although I’m generally quite happy with the Neutrogena brand, this toner absolutely burned my face after the very first application.Unfortunately, I felt compelled to leave this review to help prevent others from experiencing the same reaction.
