Worked in reducing city sky glow
For the money I spent on this filter, I didn’t know what to expect. But was surprised to find that it worked as advertised. I live in a city with a lot of reflected sky glow from city lights. The filter works best at the sky’s vertex, but still reduces some sky glow close to the horizon.

1.25 moon filter.
This is a great add to my telescope to cut all the glare when looking at the moon.

Very good on my travel scope.
Very good, works well. About 90% as affective as my Lumicon but at a much lower cost. I use it with my small travel scope.

Really helps with imaging in light pollution area.
Great quality optics and metal frame - great price and exactly what I was looking for to help filter out the light pollution in my area. Live outside a major city where light pollution is high; helped to filter that out to get better images.

Purple X
It was OK. It technicality reduced the sunlight, but at maximum it did not reduce all the light to 0 as all polarized light filters should. Instead it produced a purple X across the lens.

Works just fine
This filter allows me to see better detail and contrast on the Moon. Its skyglow performance is yet to be tested. Fortunately, I live in a rural area and observe the moon, so skyglow is not a real problem, and dark adaption is not needed.
