This is a very nice product. The lock is well made and incredibly feature rich, works very well with the key, the keypad, the print reader, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. So far I have had zero issues accessing and operating this lock remotely. Also it was very very easy to install. I read several review saying the install was complicated but I found it it to be VERY easy. If you can read or watch YouTube then you can install this lock. The only issue I have is that the workers for whom I’ve set up temporary lock codes have had difficulty following the instructions to use the lock. I’ve gotten around this by simply opening the lock remotely and have not had the opportunity to try using a remote code myself. So I don’t know if it is an issue with the lock or a problem with my workers.

I'm keeping it, but half of the advertised functions are completely useless and unavailable to me. First up is the fingerprint reader. It's on the wrong side of the lock. With my door, it is on the right side, the side near the door jam and when closed is inaccessible because I have molding around the door and there isn't enough room to put your thumb between the fingerprint reader and the molding. This may not affect you, but if you have thick molding around your door, you'll have the same problem. An easy fix would have been to have the reader on the front panel instead of the side. As designed, the fingerprint reader is useless to me.I also have thick molding on the inside which prevents the installation of the door sensor that tells it if the door is closed or not. This disables many features of the lock.So given that the fingerprint reader is inaccessible and the door closed sensor impossible to install, I could have saved a couple of hundred dollars and just gotten a cheap lock with a keypad entry.Really disappointed in this lock as it is configured and would not recommend it unless you are certain that the door lays FLUSH with the jam. There are little spacers included to raise the door sensor but it still isn't enough.My case may be an outlier, but for my use, this is a one or two star lock at best.
