This is a good product for a dog who travels with you. Having the zipper open, so the dog can have its head above the carrier is perfect. The carrier is easy to clean, as well

This carrier appears to be very sturdy. The cats took turns sitting in it, inspecting it, batting at each other, etc. The sherpa bed is a comfortable covering for the hard board on the bottom. Extra padding may be required for longer rides than just to the vet. We like the multiple ways to open the carrier which makes it much easier to get a cat in and out when going to the vet. The zippers operate smoothly, and have double closers so you can position them in multiple ways. Our cats are seniors and not as rambunctious as younger cats, but I would have no qualms using this for a more active cat. We are glad to have opted for the larger size so our cat has more room. The metal framing is a plus and really adds to the sturdiness. If we had to, we could fit two cats in this. For reference, the cat pictured is about 13 pounds. Our cats weight range from 13 to 17 pounds.Would definitely recommend this carrier.

Good product. Quality materials. Nice and study. My nine month old Shih Tzu is comfortable in it, but is still adjusting to it.

Nice carrier, but our puppy has already outgrown it so that was a little disappointing that it wasn’t a little bit bigger

It is not heavy, has pockets to keep anything you need, and is comfortable for my dog! Another good thing is that it's easy to clean.

I purchased this to carry my son's puppy back and forth from his house to mine every day. I watch her during the day. She is a miniature Schnauzer but acts more like a piranha! This carrier is proving to be a valuable asset and she has yet to be able to chew threw the mesh. I highly recommend giving this a try!

I recommend getting a fluffy insert to make it more comfy. It is suitable for most airlines. It's fairly soft compared with other brands. I prefer the structure and compartments of "sherpa" brand, but it's a little too small even for my 3lb teacup poodle. This one allows her to stand comfortably. I still use sherpa for some things with her as it is more durable and stable than this one, but I like having both.
