It was working fine until just after one month it decided to only show black screen for my PS5.____*Edit*____The customer support reached out and was kimd enough to confirm a QC issue and replace the product for me

Screen blacks out
Even with power adapter attached and only one hdmi connected to PS5 , the screen blacks out every so often . I’m using ugreen 8k hdmi cables as well .
