An expensive fan, doesn't seem like special tech?
First and foremost are the complaints: For 50 dollars a pop, it's got some annoying characteristics. It's pretty noisy even on its lowest setting, and sounds like a jet engine at its maximum speed. The resonant accoustic vibrations this fan produces makes most things vibrate annoyingly: something you hear if you were to place it on a bed. Hard to describe it as anything other than a "vrmm... vrmm... vrmm..." vibratory resonance.I'm not sure about the cooling effect. While it the airstream is slightly cool feeling at room temperature, it doesn't seem to have the cooling elements like the neck-collar personal cooling devices do. This is potentially misleading, as the marketing graphics share that blue glow around the fans. The pros of this 50 dollar fan are that it can produce at lot of airflow despite its small form factor. This requires putting the fan at level 3, which is powerful but incredibly loud. I guess you could wear it around your neck in public, but honestly I think there's a stigma to wearing any cooling devices in public. Especially if they whir loudly. Also, while long, battery life seems unreliable, and the power indicator is pretty crude. I'm not sure I like the overall level of polish, but the functionality is there.

Extremely responsive and considerate customer relations.
Look it's a portable Peltier cooler that genuinely lasts a while, it's made well, and I'm not worried it's going to go up in smoke or burn my house down. Ranvoo has uniquely created essentially a portable car vent style air conditioner. It wasn't what I personally needed, but there's definitely a use case to be made for people who get hot and stuffy in a low air circulating room or cramped bus or train. The Peltier cooler applies a gentle chilling effect to the air so it feels refreshing and not just fast moving hot air.Now we just need a hand warmer/chilling setting. I say at it's price point it's a deal and if you find it's not enough, checkout one of their neck coolers as well or instead.

The worst fan for the price
Really small, not enough strong, itโs just an expensive mini fan

Powerful little unit
7/28/23 I plan to use it over my neck and hanging at my chest at a gym that has no air movement that I can feel. I wear noise cancelling earplugs that play my music and I doubt very much if the little bit of white noise this makes will be heard by me. The fan is very quiet on low power. Of course it gets louder when moving more air. But that's not to say it's ever loud. It's powerful enough to blow leaves from the driveway :-) . OK, that last was a lie, but for any normal personal fan use I can't see it not getting the job done. After it arrived I immediately plugged it in and it was fully charged in about an hour. It's small and light enough to be unobtrusive and unnoticeable. So far I just can't see it not doing what I want it to do.If anything else should need further reviewing either positive or negative I'll be back. So consider no news to be good news since so far I like the little unit.

Blows! But in a good way!
This little bad boy blows better than most small fans. Worth the money and beats the heat

Perfect for travel
Iโm one of those has to sleep with a fan person all year long. Iโm the person bringing some sort of fan with me when I travel or making sure the place Iโm traveling to has one. As a female I already struggle with over packing so this was a huge upgrade with space for me. I first used this while on a cruise- it solved my issue for the noise factor but small enough for the small bedside table. It also came in handy at the hotel prior to the cruise. I need a fan 24:7 so having this small option with a nice noise output and good air flow is a huge game changer. As much as I wish the price tag was smaller it was worth every penny and a lifesaver to know I can have a fan no matter what as it fits in my purse if needed. Highly recommend .

Expensive for its function
I recently purchased the Ranvoo Cooling Mini Fan, and I have mixed feelings about it. Here are my thoughts:Expensive: The fan is quite pricey compared to other similar products on the market. For the cost, I expected more advanced features or better performance.Lacks Thermal Cooling Pad: One of the major drawbacks is that it does not come with a thermal cooling pad. This omission is disappointing, especially given the price point.Comparable to Cheaper Fans: In terms of performance, the Ranvoo Cooling Mini Fan is pretty much on par with any other cheap $10 fan. The only notable difference is that it doesnโt have the convenience of hanging around the neck, which many other affordable fans offer.Overall, while the Ranvoo Cooling Mini Fan does its job, it doesnโt justify its higher price tag. If youโre looking for a basic fan, you might be better off with a more budget-friendly option.I hope this review helps! If you have any other points youโd like to add or need further assistance, feel free to let me know.
