I ordered cameras for security due to me being disabled. Need to feel safe. I got my cameras and one was broken. An antenna. So I emailed Emma (gmail on the back of instructions book) not only did she reach out to me herself but I was gonna return and forget it. Well Emma talked with me by phone and is sending out a replacement camera and including a video to connect it. I’m not real tech smart so much appreciated. Also encouraged to call if need further help. Emma you went above and beyond to help me. Thank you. And I hope to be using security cameras in no time. Thanks again.

I have only been using the system for a few days, but the cameras are very good. The set up for the cameras to the VPN was very easy but to link them their app on my phone was a little more difficult. That being said, I emailed their support site and Emma from the team was very helpful. She answered my questions and made sure that I was able to get the system linked to my phone. I will try to remember to update the review after a few months of use!

First, the product came ready to use out of the box. After setting up the wireless connection between the NVR and the cameras (they did it them selves), I played with the details such as the PTZ feature and motion detection. No problem. The 4-camera system comes with a 64Gig micro sd card. I swapped it for a 128Gig micro card. No problem there. But when I attempted to swap the micro sd card for a 512 Gig SSD drive - the system would not recognize it. Time to email Emma. Emma got back to me with emails and phone calls. I didn't believe a Service Rep was actually FACEtiming me! Well, I was not in the same place the the NVR was located- but she suggested that the system takes 1 and 2 Terabyte SSD/Hard drives. When I got home, swapped the 512 Gig with the 1TB SSD and formatted it without fail. Now I can record plenty before it overwrites for the 4 cameras. I placed the cameras at the 4 corners outside my house (1900sq ft) and the NVR on the 2nd floor. Signal is good on all cameras. They even captured the raccoon getting too curious. Excellent system and best customer service anywhere. Emma was Excellent.

Before I say anything else - EMMA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST THING THIS COMPANY HAS GOING FOR IT!! Now everything else…after some technical issues that Emma called and helped me thru, the system is up and running. The camera activation and recording is hit or miss. Sometimes I can stand in front of one of the 4 cameras, wave my arms and talk, and never get an activation or message. Then other times a moth can fly by one of them and I’ll get a 30 second recording. Today I worked in the vicinity of #3 for 2+ hours, unloading a work trailer, and up and down a ladder too many times. I got some “activity” notices and only 3 recordings. As I am writing this, I am sitting on my back patio, and getting constant messages and already 3 recordings in about 10 minutes. Go figure. The cameras and base station all look good and have good quality images, I just can’t be sure what I will get, and I have way too much $ in equipment parked outside to trust these much.

One camera was not working correctly with calls text messages trying different things under instructions from Emma A new camera is one the way and I have a video on how to pair. Thanks Emma

Thanks Emma.I was having trouble what my phone syncing with the cameras. Had emailed Emma for help. but a friend had helped fix my problem . So when she called my problem "scanning a QR code" was fixed. She asked if there was anything else she could do I said no and thanked her for returning my call. To start, they claim the cams have zoom capabilities but what they didn't tell you is that all you have is pinch to zoom not really zooming in the lens. Second, the App doesn't really care about your settings. It has a mind of its own. I'm not kidding. I change many settings to see what works best for my case scenerio but the app totally Disregards any changes I make. Other times, it does the changes but at a later time. They aren't totally honest about being able to turn the ad feature off.. Well you can but for a price. The only positive thing I have to say is that the system and cams are easy to install. They claim the cam is weather proof and it is but not the lens, when rain or snow get on it, it makes annoying ghosts spots on the cam depending how light shines on it so you have to constantly clean the lens. I also don't like how you can't change the name and password nor visibility of the DVR's network ID that's being broadcasted to your neighbors so it doesn't feel as safe for me. I would not recommend this product because the app grants so many permissions to get so much info out of your phone. So it makes me wonder how secure is the camera feed.

I had a problem with 1 of my cameras, but Emma in customer service was very helpful. She not only took the time to call me, but sent a helpful " How to video" on how to fix the problem.Thank you Emma your the star of the show
