With the large quantity I was a little worried this would be sub-par Italian Seasoning. The opposite turns out to be true. The flavors of all the various Italian herbs and spices really pop like it's freshly dried. My family really goes through Italian Seasoning, so the quantity is great for our needs.

I use this for chicken feed additive. This is real stuff. You can tell by the fresh smell!

I've been using McCormick Italian Seasoning for awhile and I like it fine. I noticed that the price had gone up (again) so I went shopping again. I landed on this Earthborn seasoning and was amazed how inexpensive it is. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. Just tried it out today and it works just as well for me as the McCormick product did.(A gallon is a lot of Italian seasoning for a small household, but you give away half of it to your neighbors and still be ahead, cost-wise)

Great product but nearly impossible to open the packaging. I’m a strong lady, but this bucket top strip is ridiculous.
